Our team consists of dedicated individuals who are kind, friendly, and
caring. Our staff is here to ensure a pleasant experience during your visit to
our office.
Our team includes experienced and energetic people whose goal is to
communicate well with our patients and provide the best care possible.

Mona Wilson - Office
Manager
Mona was born and raised in Louisville, KY.
Thus, she brings a certain southern comfort to
our practice. She is currently our office
manager and insurance coordinator. She brings
over 15 years of experience to our practice. She
started out as a receptionist 17 years ago and
then became a Business Manager after 2 years and
began clinical assisting about 8 years ago. She
is now a Certified Dental Assistant working on
her Register Dental Assisting License. As
you can see she has a lot of experience that
will help make your visit to our office very
enjoyable.
Mona is currently a single
mom of three teenagers, and is raising three
dogs and two cats. She would have a zoo if she
could. |

Carrie Lancaster -
Schedule Coordinator
Carrie is our
receptionist, she has been with Flushing Family
Dentistry since December 2009. She has an
Associates Degree in Business, has earned her
certificate is Massage therapy, and has extensive
experience in customer service. Her goal is
always to make sure our patients are happy.
She has been happily married to Dan
Lancaster and they have two beautiful daughters,
Danielle and Erika, and they have 2 miniature
schnauzers Hunter and Holly. In her spare time
Carrie likes to be outdoors, walking, biking,
boating, jet-skiing, enjoying the pool, and when
the weather is not so nice she likes to
scrapbook.

Heather Cupit-
Dental Assistant
Heather helps with the front office duties. She has been
with us since March 2006. She received a
certificate in phlebotomy in 2005. She also has
worked as a veterinarian assistant at the
Flushing Animal Hospital. She has shown tremendous care to all our
patients. She has great joy in helping people
feel better about their smile and teaching them
about improving their oral health.
Heather is happily married to Josh Cupit with
two beautiful daughters, Paige and Miya.

Wendy McCarty -
Dental Hygienist
Wendy was born
and raised in the Flushing area. Her three
daughters and one son-in-law are very dear to
her heart. She has been involved in the dental
field over 25 years. Her outgoing and caring
personality is a great asset in making our
patients feel comfortable. In her spare time she
enjoys reading, gardening and making others
smile. We consider her our "office clown."

Melissa Jenkins-
Dental Hygienist
Melissa grew up in the Montrose area and is currently raising her son, Beau with Roger in her hometown. They enjoy their summers on the water on their boat, swimming and fishing in beautiful
lake Michigan. In a short period of time we received numerous compliments on her personality and technique from our patients. She adds a very soothing smile to uncomfortable patients.
