Dr. Carla Randolph
Dr. Randolph graduated from Dental School in
Romania, in 1998.
After moving to
Michigan in 2001, she has attended University of
Michigan in Ann Arbor for a 2year program in
Restorative Dentistry and obtained her MI dental
license.
While attending the postgraduate
program, she has been involved in teaching and
she has been practicing since 2007.
She
is currently a member of American Dental
Association and Michigan Dental Association.
Dr. Randolph is married, she has a dog and a
cat and enjoys reading, traveling, gardening,
cycling. |

Linda Clifford -
Dental Hygienist
Linda has been
a part of Flushing Family Dental Care since
2001. She has over 20 years experience as a
registered dental hygienist. She strives to help
patients achieve and maintain the most optimal
oral health possible. Her goal is always to make
sure our patients have healthy, happy smiles.
Linda had a daughter in college and loves
animals. She has 2 dogs, a cat, and 4
tarantulas. In her spare time, she enjoys
gardening, reading, and watching Pistons
Basketball.

Mona Wilson - Office
Manager
Mona was born and raised in Louisville, KY.
Thus, she brings a certain southern comfort to
our practice. She is currently our office
manager and insurance coordinator. She brings
over 15 years of experience to our practice. She
started out as a receptionist 17 years ago and
then became a Business Manager after 2 years and
began clinical assisting about 8 years ago. As
you can see she has a lot of experience that
will help make your visit to our office very
enjoyable.
Mona is currently a single
mom of three teenagers, and is raising three
dogs and two cats. She would have a zoo if she
could. She is very passionate about gardening
and supporting a local Flint band, “The Rhythm
Gypsies.”

Stephanie Trogdon -
Dental Assistant
Stephanie was born and raised in Michigan.
She has been in the dental field as a dental
assistant since 1994. She has extensive
experience with kids. She loves working with
children and patients of all ages. She will make
sure that your experience with us to be as
comfortable as possible.
Knowing that
she is able to help patients attain healthy
teeth and give them beautiful smiles makes her
happy. In her spare time she loves to be
outdoors in her flower beds. She loves to go
camping and spending time with her family. She
has two dogs, Buddy & Bella, one cat, Dirk and
one lonely gold fish, Fito.

Carrie Lancaster -
Receptionist
Carrie is our
receptionist, she has been with Flushing Family
Dentistry since December 2009. She has an
Associates Degree in Business and has extensive
experience in customer service. Her goal is
always to make sure our patients are happy.
She has been happily married to Dan
Lancaster and they have two beautiful daughters,
Danielle and Erika, and they have 2 miniature
schnauzers Hunter and Holly. In her spare time
Carrie likes to be outdoors, walking, biking,
boating, jet-skiing, enjoying the pool, and when
the weather is not so nice she likes to
scrapbook.

Heather Cupit-
Clinical/Front Desk Assistant
Heather Carroll is our second assistant and also
helps with the front office duties. She has been
with us since March 2006. She received a
certificate in phlebotomy in 2005. She also has
worked as a veterinarian assistant at the
Flushing Animal Hospital. She is a fast learner
and has shown tremendous care to all our
patients. She has great joy in helping people
feel better about their smile and teaching them
about improving their oral health.
Heather is happily married to Josh Cupit with
two beautiful daughters, Paige and Maya.

Wendy McCarty -
Dental Hygienist
Wendy McCarty
was born and raised in the Flushing area. She
has been involved in the dental field for over
25 years. She is married to her high school
sweetheart, Mike McCarty and has three lovely
daughters. She loves kids and works great with
kids. She also has two German Shepherds, loves
to read and actively volunteers at Central
Elementary in Flushing.
